REGISTRATION FEE
Basic fee 4 477 CZK/person (Applications and payments up to 13. 4. 2014)
Basic fee 5 082 CZK/person (Applications and payments after 13. 4. 2014)
Reduced fee 2 541 CZK/person (Reduced fee are for students up to the age of 26)
The registration fee includes participation in the symposium, free admission to the 19th International Building
Fair (see below), coffee breaks and bag with symposium materials. Proceedings, accommodation, lunch and
the social evening must be ordered separately.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 10 days before the event date return of 70% and up to 5 days 50% of the total
charge for the event. In the absence or the sign of his replacement the fee will not be returned.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in single and double rooms in the hotel VORONĚŽ, Křížkovského 47, Brno.
Preferably will be accommodated those participants who will sent order along with preliminary application.
LUNCHES
For participants who have ordered and paid lunches, they will be provided at the Hotel VORONEZ in
accordance with the time schedule of the symposium.
SOCIAL EVENING on the 24th APRIL 2014
The Social evening will be held in the BREWERY RESTAURANT STAROBRNO, Mendel square, Brno. If
interested, please order together with the application for the symposium.

Mandatorily registered subscribers will receive registration code to your e-mail address from the Secretariat of
the symposium.
The symposium is included in the training project members of ČKAIT – accredited training programs

at the Symposium Secretariat).
