have been judged at the show, which come from the same kennel and which
have at least two different or mothers.

Payment may be made by postal order by bank transfer. A payment proof has to be
attached to the application form in any instance. Cancellation and money refund
after the third deadline is not possible.
Veterinary provisions
• All participating specimens must be clinically healthy.
• The dogs do not need a certificate of clinical health examination any more.
• Dogs that have not undergone the veterinary check-in control, must not participate at the show.
• T he dogs must have a passport for small animals (EU pet passport) or
a vaccination passport containing a record showing that the dog is in
Instructions for application completion
Complete the application on a typewriter or in block capitals. Illegible application
forms will be returned. The organizer accepts no responsibility for wrongly completed
applications. Unless a photocopy of Performance Certificate (the examination certificate,
not tables and exam confirmation or Winner Certificate for the Winner class) is enclosed
the dog will be classified to the open class. A proof of fee payment has to be attached to
the application, unless the application will be returned. The fee may be paid at the show
in exceptional situations upon agreement with the organizer, as per the 3rd deadline. The
postal date on envelope is decisive for distinction between the first and second deadlines.
Reclassification or exclusion of dogs after the deadline is not possible. Acceptance of a
dog to the show will be confirmed in written 10 days before the show. Important note:
A photocopy of the pedigree has to be attached to the application – applies to all the
dogs admitted to the exhibition.
General provisions
The show is held under the FCI and ČMKU show regulations and is accessible to
all males and females of all breeds, registered in FCI-recognized studbooks, which
reach the age required for entering the desired class at the latest on the show day.
Division into classes is governed by the FCI Show Regulation and is shown in the
Entry form. In case no copy of a certificate approving the fulfilment of the conditions
for entering working class or champion class is attached to the entry form, the dog
will be put into open class. The organizer of the show is not responsible for any
damages caused by the dog or by the exhibitor, neither for death nor for loss of the
dog. Dogs with cropped ears are not allowed into the show grounds and will not
be judged. It is forbidden to prepare a dog with any substance that will alter the
structure, colour or form the coat, skin or nose. Only trimming, clipping, combing and
brushing are allowed. It is also forbidden to leave the dog tied up on the trimming
table, longer than necessary for the preparation. The violation of these rules can
lead to disqualification of the dog. Owners of the dogs awarded the title BOB (Best
of Breed) are obliged to participate with their dogs in the final winners defile. The
exhibitors are obliged to abide with the provisions of the FCI Show Regulations, of
these propositions and the instructions of Show Committee, to which they bind
themselves by submitting the entry form. They are also obliged to maintain the
exhibition area clean. In case the show does not take place for objective reasons,
the fees would be used for covering the show preparation expences. It is forbidden
to bring to the show puppies for purposes of sale. The organizer does not accept
any responsibility for miscarried applications. Documents submitted after the
3nd entry deadline will not be taken into consideration.
Complaints:
Complaints against judge‘s decision is inadmissible. Only formal reasons of breaching
the Exhibition Rule or instructions may be contested. A complaint has to be filed in written
together with a bail of twice the entry fee, as surety during the exhibition only. Unless the
protest is found justified the bail will be forfeited for the benefit of the show organizer.
