Proiettore a LED, adatto per l’illuminazione di impianti controflusso di
gallerie stradali.
La gamma si compone di tre modelli: LAMPAS 1_9-18 LED, LAMPAS
2_36 LED, LAMPAS 3_54 LED.
Ottica: controflusso; il sistema ottico è previsto con emitter bianchi
4000K, posizionati per mezzo di sistema ”pick and place” su un circuito
elettronico, MCPCB, dissipante termicamente. Il circuito è realizzato in
modo di poter essere alimentato in corrente. Allo stesso circuito viene
vincolato un sistema ottico composto da riflettori in policarbonato
metallizzato sottovuoto e protetto a garanzia del mantenimento della
sua brillantezza nel tempo. I riflettori, ad alta efficienza , sono stati
sviluppati otticamente in modo da realizzare un solido fotometrico che
insiste sulla medesima area di competenza del singolo apparecchio di
illuminazione. Utilizzando questa soluzione è possibile garantire che,
in caso di malfunzionamento di un singolo LED, non si crei una zona a
minore illuminamento rispetto alle altre ma, solamente una riduzione
percentuale dell’illuminamento sull’intera superficie di competenza.
Lampas is an LED-floodlight, suitable for the lighting of street tunnels with a
“counter-flow” optical concept. It is available in 3 different versions: LAMPAS
1 with 9-18LEDs, LAMPAS 2 with 36LEDs, LAMPAS 3 with 54LEDs.
Optics: asymmetrical “counter-flow” (with this lighting technique the light is
aimed opposite to the traffic flow. This enables the observer to perceive the
objects on the roadway with a high contrast against the background. In
addition to this, aiming the light towards observers grants a higher luminous
efficacy on the roadway).
The fitting is equipped with white 4000K emitters, positioned through a ”pick
and place” system on a heat sinking electric circuit (MCPCB). The circuit has
been designed to be supplied in current. The same circuit is provided with
an optical system, which is composed of vacuum metallised polycarbonate
micro-reflectors, protected against humidity, as a warranty of the
maintaining of its brilliance during the lifetime of the fitting. The optical
system has been designed according to a multi-layer concept: each lens realizes the same beam opening and lightens the same area at ground as all the
others. By means of this solution, in case of failure of single LEDs, the result
will be a slight percentage reduction of the illuminance on the whole lighted
area, without lacks of uniformity.

Projecteur a led, conçu pour l’éclairage de tunnels routiers selon la
méthode du “contre-flux”
La gamme offre trois modèles : LAMPAS 1_9-18led, LAMPAS 2_36led,
LAMPAS 3_54led.
Optique: contre-flux (avec ce système la direction du flux lumineux
est opposée au sens de circulation. L’observateur peut donc percevoir
les objets sur la chaussée avec un contraste meilleur sur le fond. En
outre, avec ce type d’éclairage, on obtient une luminance meilleure
sur la chaussée); le système optique est conçu avec émetteurs blancs
4000K placés avec un système ”pick and place” sur un circuit électrique,
MCPCB, qui fait la dissipation thermique. Le circuit est étudié pour
recevoir alimentation en courant. Un système optique est vinculé au
même circuit et c’est composé par des réflecteurs en polycarbonate
métallisé sous vide et protégé pour ce qu’il garde les caractéristiques
de brillant dans le temps. Ces réflecteurs à haute performance ont été
étudiés tel que chacun réalise le même solide photométrique qui couvre
toute l’aire de compétence de l’appareil d’éclairage. Avec cette solution
on peut assurer que, même en cas de défaillance d’une diode, il n’y aura
aucune aire où l’éclairage est mineur par rapport aux autres, à la limite,
on aura une réduction en pour cent de l’éclairage sur la totalité de la
surface de compétence.

„Gegenstrom“ optischen Konzept, der in 3 verschiedenen Varianten lieferbar
ist: LAMPAS 1 mit 9-18 LEDs, LAMPAS 2 mit 36 LEDs, LAMPAS 3 mit 54 LEDs.
Optik: asymmetrisch „Gegenstrom“ (mit diesem Konzept, wird das Licht
gegen die Fahrtrichtung gelenkt. Dies erlaubt dem Beobachter, die
Gegenstände auf der Fahrbahn auf den Hintergrund mit starkem Kontrast zu
sehen. Wenn man das Licht zum großen Teil auf die Beobachter lenkt, erhält
man außerdem eine bessere Lichtausbeute auf der Fahrbahn). Das optische
System wird mit weißen Emitter 4000K ausgestattet, die durch ein “pick &
place” System auf einem wärmeableitenden Stromkreis (MCPCB) befestigt
werden. Der Kreis ist so geplant worden, um in Strom versorgt zu werden.
Dem selben Kreis wird ein optisches System angeschlossen, das aus
metallisierten Polycarbonat-Reflektoren besteht, die geschützt gegen
Feuchtigkeit sind; das gewährleistet die Erhaltung des Glanzes während des
Lebensdauer der Leuchte. Jeder Reflektor hat dieselbe Lichtverteilung als alle
andere, und beleuchtet dieselbe Fläche am Boden gemäß einem
Multi-layer Konzept. Mit dieser Lösung kann man im Fall einer Fehlfunktion
eines einzigen LED sicherstellen, dass es keine Schatte oder keine Zone mit
einer niedrigeren Beleuchtungsstärke als die anderen am Boden entsteht,
sondern, schlimmstenfalls, erhaltet man eine kleine prozentuale Reduzierung
der Beleuchtungsstärke über die gesamte beleuchtete Fläche. Die
Gleichmäßigkeit der beleuchteten Fläche wird immer gewährleistet.

Corpo: in pressofusione di lega d’alluminio primaria, dopo la
pressofusione le parti vengono lavorate meccanicamente e trattate per
evitare la presenza di bave o spigoli vivi. A seguire le parti vengono
sottoposte ad un procedimento di fosfocromatazione e di deposito di
primer protettivo contro gli agenti aggressivi e verniciatura superficiale
a polveri poliestere di colore grigio RAL7016.
Il design compatto dell’apparecchio e la sua concezione tecnica
permettono di ridurre al minimo la resistenza al flusso d’aria generato
dai veicoli in movimento e relativo deposito di eventuali sostanze
aggressive.
Sistema di chiusura: vetro piano temprato siliconato e fissato con un
sistema di bloccaggio con viti.
Vano accessori elettrici: interno all’apparecchio.
Ingresso cavi per mezzo di un pressacavo PG16 in materiale plastico.
Viterie e componentistica esterna in acciaio inox.
Body: Die-cast primary aluminium alloy; after the die-casting, all the parts
are mechanically treated to avoid the presence of flashes or sharp corners.
After a phosphor and chromium plating treatment and a protective primer
coating for the improvement of the resistance of the fitting against
aggressive agents, all the parts are painted with polyester powders in grey
RAL 7016. The compact design and the technical conception of the body
give the possibility to decrease the resistance to the airflow caused by
vehicles and therefore to reduce the deposit of aggressive substances.
Closure system: tempered flat glass, sealed to the body by means of
silicone and fastened by means of a screws blockage system.
Electrical accessories compartment: internal.
Cable entrance: PG 16 plastic cable gland.

moulage, les différentes parties sont façonnées mécaniquement et
traitées pour éviter la présence de bavures ou arrêts vifs qui puissent
réduire le degré de sécurité du produit. Enfin chaque élément fait
un traitement de phosphatation au chrome, une couche de primer
de protection contre les agents agressifs et peinture de surface avec
poudres de polyester, couleur gris RAL 7016.
Le design compact de l’appareil et sa conception technique permettent
de réduire au minimum la résistance au flux d’aire causé par les
véhicules et la déposition de substances agressives.

Ablagerung von aggressiven Substanzen.
Verschlussscheibe: Gehärtetes Flachglas, versiegelt durch Silikon auf dem
Gehäuses und befestigt durch ein Blockierungssystem mit Schrauben.

Risparmio energetico e miglior comfort visivo: l’utilizzo di
luce“bianca” ad alta efficienza con resa cromatica Ra>60 viene
considerata elemento primario per conseguire il risparmio energetico. ll
colore bianco della luce led garantisce e incrementa il comfort visivo e
quindi fa percepire meglio lo scenario illuminato.

On demand, Lampas can be equipped with remote monitoring and control
systems, interfaced by a 1-10V driver, in order to monitor the functioning and
define the behaviour of each LED fitting, on the basis of pre-defined luminous
standard.

Ottica: stradale simmetrica e stradale asimmetrica.
Prevista con emitter bianchi 4000K posizionati per mezzo di sistema
”pick and place” su un circuito elettronico, MCPCB, dissipante
termicamente. Allo stesso circuito viene vincolato un sistema ottico
composto da lenti in polimetilmetalcrilato ad alta trasparenza, che
sono state sviluppate in modo di realizzare un solido fotometrico che
insiste sulla medesima area di competenza del singolo apparecchio di
illuminazione. Utilizzando questa soluzione è possibile garantire che,
in caso di malfunzionamento di un singolo led, non si crei una zona a

LEDs, suitable for the permanent lighting of street tunnels.

Hermes is a floodlight for the lighting of street tunnels, suitable for discharge lamps up to 400W ST. The series is composed of three models:

Corpo e telaio vetro: in lamiera d’acciaio inox AISI316L lavorata
meccanicamente e saldata, spessore 10\10mm. Disponibile, su
richiesta, anche nella versione in spessore 15\10mm. Dopo la saldatura
viene effettuato un trattamento di passivazione per la resistenza alla
corrosione. Il corpo viene anche trattato per evitare la presenza di bave
o spigoli vivi.
Sistema di chiusura: vetro piano temperato montato su un telaio con
un sistema di incollaggio adatto a garantire la sua sicurezza, apribile
son un sistema a scrocchetti in acciaio Inox AISI 316L. Una volta aperto
il telaio ed il vetro di chiusura restano fissati ad un lato del corpo per
mezzo di un sistema di cerniere realizzate sempre in acciaio inox316L.

Closure glass: flat tempered glass, mounted on a frame through a sticking
system, suitable to guarantee its safety. The frame can be opened by means
of a system of hooks made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Once opened, the
frame and the glass remain fixed to one side of the fitting by means of
hinges, also made of stainless steel AISI 316L.
