PROGRAM MISTROVSTVÍ SVĚTA HISTORICKÝCH KOL IVCA RALLY 2013
Jsem potěšen, že vás můžeme přivítat v našem městě Veselí nad Moravou na 33. ročníku IVCA Rally.
Po velkých městech Praze a Brnu velmi rádi uvítáme klání u nás, ve dvanáctitisícovém městě. Naše město leží v rovinaté krajině Moravského Slovácka na rozhraní Jihomoravského a Zlínského kraje. Rozkládá
se po obou březích řeky Moravy se spoustou historických a církevních památek, vodními, krajinnými
i technickými prvky, živým folklorem, kvalitním vínem a gastronomickými specialitami. Dávno před
tím, než byly realizovány cyklostezky, jezdili naši předkové na kolech na nákupy, do kostela, za prací,
na návštěvy, do okolních obcí, ale i jen tak – sportovně či turisticky. Věřím, že se vám bude u nás líbit
a navážeme srdečné vztahy pro případné návraty.

I am very pleased to welcome you to our town Veselí nad Moravou for the 33. IVCA Rally 2013. After
such big cities as Prague and Brno we hold this friendly meeting in a town of only 12000 inhabitants.
Our town is situated in the lowland of Moravian Slovakia, which is on the boundaries of the South-Moravian and Zlín Region. The town lies on the both banks of the river March and has a plenty of historical and church monuments, water and nature scenery, living folklore, good wine and culinary specialties. Our ancestors used to ride the bike to do the shopping, to church, to work, to visit their relatives, to
neighbouring villages or just so – sportingly or as tourists - a long time before the first cycle routes were
built. I hope you will enjoy the stay in our town and that we establish warm relationships for reunions.

Sehr geehrte Freunde historischer Fahrräder,
Programm
Ich freue mich, dass ich Sie im Jahre 2013 in unserer Stadt Veselí nad Moravou im Rahmen der 33. IVCA
Rallye willkommen heißen darf. Nach großen Städten - wie Prag und Brünn - empfangen wir dieses
Freundschaftstreffen in unserer 12.000-Einwohner-Stadt.
Unsere Stadt liegt in der Tiefebene der Mährischen Slowakei, die zur Region Südmähren gehört. Sie
breitet sich an beiden Ufern des Flusses March aus und hat eine Menge historischer und kirchlicher
Denkmäler, ökologische und technische Landschaftselemente, ist voll lebendiger Folklore, gutem Wein
und regionalen Spezialitäten. Lange bevor die Radwege gebaut wurden, fuhren unsere Vorfahren in die
Kirche, zur Arbeit, zu Besuch, einkaufen, in die benachbarten Gemeinden aber auch ohne Zweck – als
Sporttreiben oder Tourismus - rad. Ich glaube, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen wird und dass wir herzliche
Beziehungen aufbauen.

Programme
Je suis enchanté de pouvoir vous accueillir à Veselí nad Moravou à l´occasion de la 33e entreprise de
IVCA Rallye. Après les grandes villes de Prague et Brno nous aimons bien accueillir la joute chez nous,
dans la ville de 12 000 habitants. Elle se trouve dans le plat paysage de la Moravie du Sud de la République tchèque. Elle est située sur les deux rives de la Morava avec beaucoup de monuments historiques
et religieux, éléments de paysage d´eau et techniques, folklore vivant, vin de qualité et spécialités
gastronomiques. Avant de réaliser les routes cyclotouristiques, nos ancêtres faisaient du vélo pour aller
acheter, à l´église, en visite, mais aussi pour faire du sport et du tourisme. Je crois que vous vous sentirez
bien chez nous et que nous entrerons en relations cordiales pour des retours éventuels.

Grand tour Josefa Zimovčáka – 3 plakety keramika Vl. Groše na budově restaurace v místní části
Milokošť, kde Josef Zimovčák bydlí.
Uherský Ostroh – Náměstí, zámek - historické centrum bylo v roce 1990 vyhlášeno městskou
památkovou zónou. Zdejší rovinaté okolí je vhodné svými cyklostezkami pro milovníky jízdních
kol. Milovníci historických kol se sdružují v místním Veteran Bicyklubu.
Ostrožská Nová Ves – Lázně - lázně založené v roce 1903 léčí hlavně revmatické a kožní choroby, ale nabízejí také relaxační víkendové pobyty. V obci se nachází golfové hřiště Jezera. Rozsáhlá
štěrková jezera lákají k rybaření.
Kunovice – Letecké muzeum - založeno v roce 1970 členy Slováckého aeroklubu. Zpočátku bylo
budováno jako muzeum letounů vyrobených či kooperovaných v továrně v Kunovicích. V současné době se vystavuje 23 vojenských, dopravních a sportovních letounů.
Kunovice – Panský dvůr - v nedávné době byl v centru města Kunovice znovu obnoven areál
Panského dvora. První zmínky o existenci Panského dvora sahají do roku 1592.
Uherské Hradiště – Masarykovo náměstí - městská památková zóna zahrnuje dochované
středověké jádro se dvěma velkými náměstími a souborem historických staveb.

6 – Zámecký park s výsadbou vzácných starých stromů a exotických dřevin. V parku jsou navzájem propojená jezírka s můstky, ostrůvky a drobné architektonické památky.
7 – Vodní elektrárna - technickou památkou je dodnes fungující dvouturbínová vodní elektrárna
s původním strojním zařízením z počátku 20. století. Bohužel elektrárna není přístupná veřejnosti.
8 – Zámek – byl zbudovaný na místě středověké vodní tvrze, v minulosti obýván hraběcím rodem Chorinských. Bohužel v současné době je zámek veřejnosti nepřístupný.
9 – Baťův kanál - unikátní vodní cesta postavená v letech 1938-39 českým státem a firmou Baťa.
Délka kanálu je v současnosti přibližně 53 km. Nyní je využíván pouze jako turistická vodní cesta.
10 – Bartolomějské náměstí - společné focení a zahájení jízdy v historických kostýmech 25. 5.
11 – Kostel sv. Bartoloměje - barokní stavba, postavená v letech 1733-1741, na místě tří měšťanských domů. Byl vysvěcen 8. září 1741 a stal se novým veselským farním kostelem.
12 – Židovská synagoga - nyní slouží jako modlitebna církve adventistů Sedmého dne.
13 – Kostel Panny Marie - nejstarší kostel na území města. Podle dochovaných románsko-gotických prvků je jeho vznik datován do konce l. poloviny 13. stol. V současné době neslouží kostel
církevním účelům ani není zpřístupněn veřejnosti.

Zajímavosti regionu:
Folklór a verbuňk - Veselí na Moravou leží v oblasti Moravského Slovácka, kde se stále udržují
lidové tradice, zvyky, obyčeje a tradiční kroje. Z generace na generaci se předávají lidové písně
a tance. Působí zde mnoho folklorních souborů, pěveckých sborů a cimbálových i dechových muzik. Slovácký verbuňk - unikátní lidový tanec zařazený v roce 2005 na seznam světového dědictví
UNESCO, vám předvedou folkloristé při čtvrtečním i sobotním programu.

Uherský Ostroh – Náměstí, zámek – The historic centre of Uherský Ostroh was declared an urban
conservation area in 1990. Moravian lowland is suitable for bicycle rides thanks to many bike trails. The
historic bicycles enthusiasts founded a local Veteran Bicyclub.
Ostrožská Nová Ves – Lázně – Rheumatoid arthritis and skin diseases are treated in the spa resort,
which was established in 1903. It also offers relaxing weekends. There is a golf course Jezera in the village. The large gravel lakes are suitable for fishermen.

Folklore and verbuňk - Veselí nad Moravou lies in the area of Moravian Slovakia, where the traditions,
habits and customs are still kept. The inhabitants of this region sometimes wear folk costumes. The
parents and grandparents bequeath folk songs and dances to their children. There is a wide variety of
contemporary folk music - dulcimer and brass music groups. The peculiarity of the culture can be seen
on verbuňk (Dance of Recruits) which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2005. You can
enjoy this typical dance on Thursday and Saturday.

peau et rhumatismales, mais ils offrent aussi des séjours de relaxation. et la « mer de la Slovaquie Morave - vastes lacs de gravier qui attire à la pêche. Il y a le terrain de golf.
Kunovice – Musée d´aviation – a été fondé en 1970 par les membres de l´aéro-club slovaque. Actuellement le musée présente 23 avions militaires, avions de transport et de sport dont plus de moitié provient directement de l´usine de Kunovice.

Weitere Merkwürdigkeiten der Region:
Veselí nad Moravou liegt im Gebiet der Mährischen Slowakei, wo man weiterhin an Bräuche und
Volkstraditionen festhält. Die Bewohner dieser Region tragen Volkstracht, in den Familien vermitteln die
Eltern den Kindern Volkslieder und Tänze. Hier wirken auch manche Musikensembles, die Zimbelmusik
und Blasmusik spielen. Die Volkskultur lebt. Vor allem in dem Rekrutentanz Verbuňk, der an der Liste des
immateriellen UNESCO-Welterbes steht . Unsere Folkloretanzgruppe wird diesen Tanz am Donnerstag
und Samstag vorführen.

Folklore et danse de recrues – Veselí nad Moravou est situé dans la région de la Moravie
Slovaque où les traditions populaires sont toujours vivantes. Les habitants de la région portent encore
des costumes populaires à des occasions de fête. Le folklore est toujours vivant. La Danse de recrues
a été classée à la liste du Patrimoine mondiale de l´UNESCO. Vous pouvez voir cette danse pendant le
programme de jeudi et samedi.
