STRUČNÁ ANOTACE STAVBY:
The rebuilding of the two-rail bridge on the Beroun – Zbiroh track involved
the replacement of two steel trussed supporting structures from 1987, (plain
sections with upper element bridge deck) with new solid steel structures
intertwined with a reinforced concrete rail bed channel. Part of the reconstruction was the Pilsen support extension, rebuilding of the upper sections
of both supports and repair of the preserved existing masonry of the substructure. The bridge reconstruction was executed in two phases.
The new supporting structure is a solid steel double-beam structure with
primary beams of varying height (parabolically curved bottom strips), intertwined with
a reinforced concrete rail bed channel – one plain section below each rail.
Primary beams spanning 38 m have such geometrical layout as the trussed
parallel right-angle systems of theoretical height 4.20 m. Free height under
the bridge is approx. 12 m.
The supporting structure is sitting on four pot bearings per structure. The
bridge support extension and adjustment is made of reinforced concrete.
Full-cover insulation of smelted strips with a hard protective layer was used.
The bridge is fitted with an angle railing and poles L80 x 10 with handrails
L70 x 6.
