TECHNOLOGY and produces new applications for its A/C stations line.
The VOLUMETRIC INJECTION TECHNOLOGY allows the exact dosing of the injected gas whose
measurement features an accuracy index of more than 99% . This feature enables the full control of the
operating costs for the recharge of the air conditioning circuit.
The Clima station equipped with VOLUMETRIC INJECTION TECHNOLOGY is the first one which does not
require the use of the traditional loading cell , since it applies an exclusive system to measure the
level of the gas inside the vessel.
The outcome is positive: the management of the tool in the garage is easier since calibration of the
weighing system is not required anymore (which was necessary during the first installation or in case

THE PROBLEM: THE PUFF EFFECT
The operation of a recharge station has a strong impact on the environment, due to the formation
of the so-called ‘puff’ effect, that is to say dispersion of refrigerant in the environment that
usually occurs at the end of a normal charge of a vehicle during the detachment of recharge hoses
from the vehicle circuit.
In fact, due to its mechanical shape, any traditional coupler requires the presence of a small area
of interchange among components called “DEAD SPACE”. During recovery, the air in that area
is sucked together with the refrigerant and contributes to the formation of non condensable
gases.After recharge, this area remains filled with refrigerant and upon hose detachment it is
released in the air having an environmental and financial impact.
ECO LOCK ® SYSTEM - THE SOLUTION
The ECO LOCK ® SYSTEM stems from BRAIN BEE experience and represents a state-of-the-art
solution to comply with the specific requirements of VDA manufacturers, the prestigious Association
of Car Manufacturers (Germany).In particular those requirements concerning the reduction of gas
dispersion during the normal recharge operation.
This patented system is fitted with
an ECO LOCK ® COUPLER
(available both for GAS R-134a and GAS R-1234yf)
controlled through its ECO LOCK ® SOFTWARE.
This software is required for the correct operation of the system,
which controls the automatic operation for couplers opening/closing,
thus ensuring full functionality and safety.
Thanks to its patented technology, ECO LOCK ® allows fully avoiding the typical ‘puff’ effect.
The adoption of the ECO LOCK ® SYSTEM allows elimination of the whole refrigerant to
be recharged from the dead space of the coupler, before hoses detachment. It hence

EMBEDDED DATABASE

a factory setting, Autodata database can be easily updated with the latest releases by means of Brain Bee CLIMA SOLUTION. Moreover, with

EASY-SERVICE DESIGN
CLIMA-6000 has been designed so as to make it extremely easy to handle and store. Just

Thanks to the CLIMA SOLUTION software and the
mobile storage device ACU, garage professionals will
be able to transfer on their PCs data relating to
every service operation, to download from the web
any update (both software and database) and easily
install them on their CLIMA recharge station.
The tool also allows compliance with provisions set forth by the European Regulation on the reduction of
fluorinated gas emissions as well as automatic printout of service reports (REG. 842/2006).

This software is optimized for the automatic management of data from the CLIMA recharge stations by Brain Bee, indeed it can also be used in the

A web connection is all that is required: CLIMA SOLUTION automatically searches for any update which
is hence downloaded on the ACU mobile key. When the key is fitted into the Recharge Station updates are
executed and installed on the tool.

Bee ones)
Printing of reports on the recharge activity (to evidence and stress the value of the carried out
service as well as the amount of recharged refrigerant to the customer)
Management of the fluorinated gases report by comparing the amounts of purchased or sold
gases and the automatic management of gas handled for the activity of the Clima Recharge
Station
Printing of the annual balance for every gas, pursuant to Regulation 842/2006
