I.
Zadavatel obdržel následující dotaz k zadávacím podmínkám, který tímto zodpovídá.
Dotaz:
Konfigurace v zadání je na beam expander + dvě optické plochy – transmisní a reflexní rovina.
V rámci beam expanderu máme držák na vlastní transmisní plochu, to je jeho součástí.
Nicméně na tu reflexní rovinu je nutné mít separátní držák, ta se umisťuje mimo expander. V zadání ale nikde tento
požadavek nefiguruje, i když by byl dle mého soudu potřeba. Vlastní referenční plocha musí být v něčem uchycena
pro vlastní měření.
Můj dotaz tedy je, zda má být součástí nabídky i držák na reflexní rovinu či nikoliv?
Odpověď:
Ano, součástí dodávky v rámci této veřejné zakázky je také držák na reflexní rovinu.

interested in this tender. The answer to the question is provided hereby.
Question
The requested configuration is specified as Beam Expander + 2 optical surfaces (transmission and reflection plane flat)
We offer a holder for the transmission surface as a part of the beam expander.
However, the reflective surface needs its own holder as it is placed outside the expander. This is not specified in the
requirements, even though I think it should be there. The reference surface has to be held by something during the
measurement.
My question is therefore: Does the offer have to include also the holder for the reflective surface or not?

Answer:
Yes, the holder for the reflective surface falls within the scope of the delivery within this public contract. A supplier
shall include it into its bid.
II.
Zadavatel dále tímto provádí opravu zadávacích podmínek (technických specifikací) následujícím způsobem:
Následující požadavek:
„Transmitted wavefront distorsion: RMS values: sigma inferior or equal to wavelength / 20 at 633 nm (“RMS” stands
for “Root Mean Square”; and “sigma” stands for “standard deviation of the RMS values”)”
se nahrazuje takto:
„Transmitted wavefront distorsion: RMS values: sigma inferior or equal to wavelength / 20 at 633 nm (“RMS” stands
for “Root Mean Square”; and “sigma” stands for “standard deviation of the values”)”
V důsledku provedené změny se jakožto příloha tohoto dokumentu vydává (v režimu „sledování změn“ i v čisté verzi)
nové závazné znění kupní smlouvy. Uchazeč je ve své nabídce povinen předložit toto nové závazné znění kupní
smlouvy, v opačném případě musí být ze zákonných důvodů nabídka ze zadávacího řízení vyloučena.

The Contracting Authority hereby corrects tendering conditions (technical specifications) as follows:
This requirement:
„Transmitted wavefront distorsion: RMS values: sigma inferior or equal to wavelength / 20 at 633 nm (“RMS” stands
for “Root Mean Square”; and “sigma” stands for “standard deviation of the RMS values”)
is replaced with the following one:
„Transmitted wavefront distorsion: RMS values: sigma inferior or equal to wavelength / 20 at 633 nm (“RMS” stands
for “Root Mean Square”; and “sigma” stands for “standard deviation of the values”)
Because of this change in technical specifications a new binding wording of purchase contract (in “track changes”
version and also in clean version) is issued and attached as annex to this document. A bidder is obliged to include
this new binding contract wording in its bid, otherwise the bid has to be excluded from the tendering procedure due
to legal reasons.
Tímto se prodlužuje lhůta k podání nabídek tak, že nabídky se podávají nejpozději do 26.5.2014, 11 hod.
Podrobnosti k podání a přípravě nabídky jsou k nalezení v zadávací dokumentaci. Bezprostředně po uplynutí lhůty
k podání nabídek budou obálky s nabídkami otevřeny v místě určeném zadávací dokumentací.
The deadline to submit a bid is hereby extended and bids shall be submitted no later than on May 26th, 2014 –
11:00 AM. Details on bid submission and preparation could be found in the tender documentation. Immediately
after bid submission deadline expiration envelopes with bids will be opened in the place set forth by tender
documentation.
