The aim of the project is to promote women’s career growth and to offer legal consultancy to women discriminated against at the labor market based on their gender. Project activities focus on education,
personal development and motivation of women aspiring to decision-making positions, including 50+ women and women on maternal/parental leave. Other target groups are employers (motivating them to
systematically work on the development of female talents among their employees) and lay public (informing them about the problem of glass ceiling women often face in their career growth).

Violence in relationships, where the roles of offender and victim are fixed and couple violence where the roles are changing or simultaneous moves often takes place unreported within the home. Violence which
doesn’t escalate enough for the police to be notified is never dealt with. Addressing violence prevents escalation for victims, relatives and children. Project Stop Violence in Relationships offers a therapeutic
programme for violent persons and couples. The project includes diagnostics and research into the effectiveness of the programme and the publicity campaign.

The fundamental aim of the project is to involve female survivors of violence and socially excluded women in a number of creative (theatre, blog writing, film, commix) activities leading to prevention and tackling
of violence against women. The campaign will be focused mainly on young people, on prevention of violence and on breaking gender stereotypes (involving both, victims and perpetrators). Additionally, involving a
foreign partner, we will aim to broaden knowledge of the Czech NGO sector on the issue of working with perpetrators and creating campaigns.

The project focuses on comprehensive assistance to persons providing paid sexual services and victims of human trafficking and forced prostitution. Through activities such as social work with trafficked persons social counseling, providing information about the risks associated with the current way of life and reduce these risks, help in dealing with current issues, testing for sexually transmitted diseases, after test
counseling, telephone crisis intervention and others are trying to change life situation of these persons and their families for the better. The project also focuses on educating the general public.

Main intention of the project is enlargement provide specialized help tortured persons and elimination home violence on women and stalking in Karlsbad region. Part of it is aktivity orientated to know more about
this problem, with the aim point out on this grave negative occurrence. Educative campaign take aim to inhabitants faraway towns, thereby will help like tool of prevention against unwanted influences. Next
aktivity is building new contact places for victims of home violence in Kraslice, Žlutice and Jáchymov, which will work like separated workplaces of intervence centre in Sokolov.
