The aim of the seminar is to provide the attendees a practical guideline how to handle the
relationship with Czech employees in connection with their innovative ideas in a way that is safe for
the company and satisfactory for the employee, taking into consideration specifics of the Czech law
and culture. We will focus on three stages when the mutual rights and obligation as to the
innovation may be set forth - negotiation of the employment contract, disclosure of the innovative

idea by the employee and termination of the mutual relationship. The seminar is intended for direct
supervisors of the employees who participate in innovations and R&D in the company as the key
players in maintaining the good relationship with the individual employees.
