I would like to inform you that Citibank Europe plc. has entered into an agreement to sell its retail banking and credit cards business
to Raiffeisenbank a.s., one of the leading commercial banks in Czech Republic.
The transaction has no immediate impact either on your account and other banking products or services or on the way Citi manages
its consumer operations in the Czech Republic thus you do not need to make any immediate steps in connection with it. Citi will work
with Raiffeisenbank a.s. on a seamless transfer and continuation of the products and services to which you are accustomed.
The transfer, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016. During
the transition, we will continue to serve your banking needs in accordance with your current terms
and conditions, relevant regulations and prudent lending principles. All branches and offices will continue to operate as they do today.
Please continue to use your account and other banking products as you have in the past. Following the transfer, Raiffeisenbank a.s.
will be in contact you to welcome you as a customer and to provide you with any further information you may need.
