1. Dämmung gerader Rohrleitungen
Die extreme Flexibilität und Robustheit von
AR Fonoblok ermöglicht ein problemloses
überstülpen des Schlauches bei geraden Rohrleitungen, sowie auch bei Bogen. Wo dies nicht
möglich ist, Tubolit-Schläuche längs aufschneiden, überlappend aufbringen, Verkleben der Längs- u. Stoßnähte mit selbstklebenden Tubolit Wickelbandagen.
1. Insulation of straight sections
Great flexibility and the strength of AR Fonoblok
enables to sleeve the insulation over straight
parts and elbows. Where not possible, make
a longitudinal cut down the AR Fonoblok tube
and fit the open tube over the pipe with the
small overlap and secure all seams with the self-adhesive AR Tape.
2. Dämmung Bogenabzweigung T-88,
DN 100
Mantel-Formteil mit entsprechendem Ausschnitt aus Tubolit-Schläuchen anfertigen,
längs aufschneiden und wie oben verkleben.
2. Insulation of tees 88, DN 100
Cut a hole in a prepared AR Fonoblok section
which is to be installed on the line section of a
Tee joint. The hole should be aligned to fit the
adjacent branch. Secure all seams as described in point 1.
Danach Stutzen-Formteil anfertigen und
montieren.
3. Dämmung Bogen 45° DN 100
Herstellen der Bogenformteile zweiteilig
mittels 22,5°-Schnitt (z.B. mit Schneidschablone) und wie oben montieren.
Afterwards finish it with a corresponding tee
branch.
4. Dämmung Spannverbinder
Heranführende Dämmung aus Tubolit AR- Schlauch mit Tubolit
Wickelbandagen überlappend auf Spannverbinder aufbringen.
Im Bereich der Verschraubung Ausschnitt vornehmen.
3. Insulation of 45° elbow, DN 100
Take the flat-open piece of AR Fonoblok tube
and prepare the 2-piece elbow with a 22,5° cut
(e.g. with cutting template) and apply as shown
on the picture.

4. Insulation of the clamp screwing
Wrap the prepared AR Fonoblok stripe or alternatively AR Tape
around the clamp with cut-outs for the clamp screwings.
Secure all seams.
6. Rohrschellendämmung
Alternative 1: Dämmung der Rohrschelle nach dem Rosettenprinzip
durch einfaches Umwickeln mit Wickelbandage, Ausschnitt für Verschraubung vornehmen.
6. Insulation of the clamps
Alternative I: Insulate the pipe-clamp by simply wraping the AR
Tape around the clamp and cutting out the hole for the screwings.
Alternative 2: Aufdoppelung der herangeführten Dämmung mittels
Wickelbandage bis Schellenaußendurchmesser; danach eigentliche
Dämmung der Schelle mit einem Streifen Wickelbandage, Ausschnitt
der Verschraubung vornehmen.
Alternative II (more secure solution): Wind and secure the AR Tape
around the pipe next to the clamp on the both sides first and in a
second step wrap the clamp itself with the AR Tape with the cut-out
holes for the clamp screwing.

ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
1. Aislamiento de tramos rectos
La gran flexibilidad y resistencia del AR
Fonoblok, permite embutir las coquillas tanto
en partes rectas como en curvas. Donde no sea
posible,corte longitudinalmente la coquilla de
AR Fonoblok, colóquela sobre el tubo haciendo
un pequeño solapamiento y selle todas las juntas con la cinta autoadhesiva Tubolit AR.
1. Isolamento delle tubi diritti
La flessibilità e la resistenza meccanica di AR
Fonoblok permettono facilmente di calzarlo sia
su tubazioni dritti e sia su curve. Dove ciò non è
possibile fare un tagliare il tubo AR Fonoblock
lungitudinalmente, avvolgere la guaina intorno
al tubo con una parte sovrapposta ed assicurare tutte le giunture con il nastro AR autoadesivo.
2. Aislamiento de TES, DN 100
Recorte un círculo sobre un trozo de coquilla
AR Fonoblok, instálelo alrededor de la tubería y
selle todas las juntas con la cinta autoadhesiva
Tubolit AR.

Creare un foro adeguato in un AR Fonoblock
preparato, tagliarlo, aprirlo e metterlo attorno al
T ed assicurare tutte le giunture come descritto
nel punto 1.
Termine la instalación del tramo vertical de la T
con un desarrollo como se ve en la figura.
3. Aislamiento de codos a 45°, DN 100
Prepare una pieza plana con coquilla AR Fonoblok y corte dos piezas de codo cortando a
22,5° (e.g. usando una plantilla) instálelo tal y
como se muestra en la foto.
4. Aislamiento de las juntas de dilatación
Envuelva la junta con tiras de AR Fonoblok o con cinta autoadhesiva Tubolit, recortando para los tornillos. Selle todas
las juntas.
5. Tuberías aisladas parcialmente
Recubrimiento de la T aislada y de la abrazadera.

3. Isolamento della curva a 45° DN100
Prendere il pezzo piatto aperto di AR Fonoblock Avvolgere la striscia già preparata di AR Fonoblock o altrimenti il
e preparare 2 pezzi di curva con un taglio di nastro AR, attorno al collare ed assicurare tutte le giunture.
22,5° (es. taglio sagomato) ed applicare come
mostrato nelle figure.
5. Isolamento parziale del tubo
Primo piano dell’isolamento del T e del collare
di fissaggio.
6. Aislamiento de las abrazaderas
Opción 1 : Aísle la abrazadera, cubriéndola con cinta, dejando unos
agujeros para atornillar la fijación.
6. Isolamento in corrispondenza dei collari
Prima soluzione: isolare il collare semplicemente avvolgendo il nastro
AR intorno e fustellare dei fori adeguati in corrispondenza delle viti
di fissaggio.
Opción 2 (más segura): Envuelva primero con cinta los dos tramos
de tubería cercanos a la abrazadera. En un segundo paso, aísle la
junta, dejando unos agujeros para atornillar la fijación.
Seconda soluzione ( peraltro più sicura ): avvolgere ed assicurare il
nastro AR attorno al tubo, vicino ai collari su entrambi i lati prima
e dopo, in un secondo momento avvolgere il nastro AR intorno al
collare e fustellare dei fori adeguati in corrispondenza delle viti di
fissaggio.
