Téma konference
Životní prostředí, které po nás zdědí následující generace, upadá. Zhoršují ho změny
klimatu, následky globalizace a přelidnění, chaotická urbanizace, plýtvání přírodními
zdroji a intenzivní doprava. Konference „Svět, ve kterém chceme žít“ se zaměří na hledání způsobů, jak prostředí okolo nás pozitivně ovlivnit, otevře debatu o naší zodpovědnosti za tento stav světa a bude hledat nové, méně bezohledné strategie růstu a novou
rovnováhu mezi duchovními a materiálními hodnotami.
Conference theme
The environment, which is ours and will be passed on to generations to come, is in decline. It suffers due to climate change, the effects of globalization and overpopulation,
chaotic urbanization, wasted natural resources, and expanded transport systems. The
conference “The World We Want to Live In” will focus on ways to positively influence the
environment and open a debate about our responsibility for the state of the world. Conference participants will search for new and less ruthless strategies of growth and seek
to find a balance between spiritual and material values.
