minulý čas vyjadřuje děj, který se stal v minulosti a nyní už neprobíhá

minulý čas tvoříme přidáním koncovky –ed ke slovesu, u nepravidelných
sloves použijeme jejich druhý tvar
Dané věty v přítomném čase převeď do času minulého dle vzoru.
Příklad. We start school at twenty to eight.
We started school at twenty to eight.

He worked on a farm.
2) I watch TV.
I watched TV.
3) She cooks dinner.
She cooked diner.
4) They live in the big city.
They lived in the big city.
5) I get up at seven o’clock.
I got up at seven o’clock.
6) We read book of fairytales.

7) I’m in hospital.
I was in hospital.
8) We climb a tree.
We climbed a tree.
9) She wins a race.
She won a race.
10) They ride on camels.
They rode on camels.
