The BIO-BAG EBV-30/40 is a mobile device determined for primary transport of individuals suspected of highly
dangerous infection or individuals touched by microbiological agents from contaminated place to a stationary plant
designated to treat such individuals. The BIO-BAG EBV-30/40 can be even used for transportation of patients with
hypo-immunity in order to protect them from an “impure“ environment.

Central Military Hospital in Prague, the Central Military Medical Institution in Prague and in „JEP“ Military Medical
Academy in Hradec Králové. It was evaluated by Ambulance Services of the Ústecký and Liberecký region, CZ and
in the Utilitary Epidemic Institute in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

The EBX-06 Biobox of tube construction is an isolation device for isolation and hospitalization of individuals with highly
dangerous infection, designed primarily for permanent health establishments. Long serviceability of the Biobox due to
its service-free construction.

Experience has shown the Biobox EBXT-06 has been very useful, therefore the Biobox EBXT-2 has been designed
without barrier access as the tubes in the decontamination module entry and transitional chamber have been removed

The protective biological and chemical suit EBO-10/M is the product of continuous development in the area of protective
means of individuals. It differs from the previous type (EBO-10) in its volume air flow which has been increased up to
160 dm3/min and an innovative cephalic cross construction. The material is on the same base, just the butyl rubber
coating is thicker, in order to ensure better resistance to chemicals.

The single use biological set EOBO-10 consists of non-pressurized overall, filtration half-mask, work safety glasses,
safety gloves and shoe covers. The Tychem F ® suit has been developed by DuPont protective clothes design specialists
and having been widely tested by users throughout Europe, ensures the best protection and comfort for
users. The Tychem F protective clothes materials meet the requirements of EN 14126:2003 and provide
the highest level of protection a
nd are resistant to usually used decontamination substances.
The single use protective biological set offers III B standard of protection. Weight of the overall is approx.
400 g. This set is also recommended to use in combination with the protective Face Piece EOK-10
(without filtration half mask and glasses).

S ohledem na stále vzrůstající cestovní ruch a migraci
obyvatelstva za prací do všech končin světa tj. i do zemí s velmi málo vyvinutou infrastrukturou, kde úroveň
zdravotnictví a ochrana před zvláště nebezpečnými
virulentními chorobami téměř neexistuje, čím dál více
narůstá nebezpečí zavlečení nákazy i do zemí s dobře
vyvinutým zdravotním systémem, která v případě nedostatečné ochrany obyvatel a zdravotnického personálu
může přejít až do stadia epidemií popř. pandemií. Dále
je nutné vzít v úvahu jiné možné nebezpečí jako je
tzv. „biologický terorismus“, proti kterému je nejen důležité
zabezpečit obranu, ale rovněž i ochranu. U jiných typů
teroristických útoků (klasický, chemický, jaderný apod.)
se vždy jedná o určitý větší či menší ohraničený prostor
zasaženého území, což v případě nákazy biologickými
agens jakýmkoliv způsobem nelze definovat a v případě
nedostatečné ochrany mikroorganismy neznají hranice
(např. Antrax).

against highly virulent infections almost does not exist,
the danger of infection importation has been increasing
even to the countries with a highly developed health care
system. If those developed countries are not suitably
prepared to protect their inhabitants, they will be at risk
from epidemics or pandemics. Other possible dangerous
must be taken into consideration, such as „bioterrorism“,
against which not only defense but also protection are
very important thus must not be neglected. There are also
other types of terrorism (classical, chemical, nuclear, etc)
in which certain demarcated areas are affected but in the
case of infection with biological agents, it is not possible
to define and demarcate strictly the area and therefore
without a sufficient protection there are no borders for
microorganisms (for example Antrax).

Filtrační polomaska slouží k ochraně
dýchacích cest před možným průnikem
toxických tuhých či kapalných aerosolů
a mikroorganismů v podobě virů, bakterií
či sporů plísní. Polomaska je určena pro
jednorázové použití a zaručuje účinnost
záchytu po dobu 8 hodin. Je zařazena do
třídy FFP3, která splňuje nejvyšší stupeň
ochrany.

vývoje v oblasti individuálních prostředků jednotlivce. Od předchozího typu se liší zvýšením objemového průtoku vzduchu a inovovanou konstrukcí
hlavového kříže. Použitý materiál je na stejné bázi,
ale se zvětšeným nánosem butylkaučuku, tudíž
i vyšší odolností vůči chemickým látkám. Poskytuje
stupeň ochrany 1c-B.

Biovak EBV-30 je mobilní prostředek umožňující bezpečný transport osoby
s podezřením na vysoce virulentní nákazu nebo osoby zasažené mikrobiologickými
agens z místa kontaminace do stacionárního zařízení určeného pro léčbu takto
postižených. Je možno ho využít i pro transport pacienta se sníženou imunitou jako
ochranu před „nečistým“ okolním prostředím.

The Bio-Bag EBV-30 is a mobile device enabling safe transportation of individuals
suspected of highly virulent infection or individuals touched by microbiological agents,
from contaminated place to a stationary plant designated to treat such individuals.
It is possible also to use it for transport patients with hypo-immunity in order to protect
them from an „impure“ environment.
Biovak EBV-40
Biovak EBV – 40 je mobilní prostředek určený pro primární transport osoby s podezřením na vysoce
nebezpečnou nákazu nebo osoby zasažené mikrobiologickými prostředky z místa kontaminace do
stacionárního zařízení určeného pro léčbu osob takto postižených. Biovak je možno využít i pro
transport pacienta se sníženou imunitou jako ochranu před „nečistým“ okolním prostředím. Pracuje
v režimu přetlaku nebo podtlaku. Poskytuje stupeň ochrany BSL-3.

Izolační bezbariérová podtlaková komora
BIOBOX EBXT-2
Řeší problémy při vstupu do izolační komory spojené s nutností překračování
tubusů a to jejich odstraněním ve vstupní části dekontaminačního modulu i přechodové komory. Zvětšené vnitřní rozměry izolační komory umožňují v případě
potřeby umístit do bioboxu 2 postele a chemické WC. Zvětšený vnitřní rozměr
dekontaminačního modulu usnadňuje dekontaminaci personálu a vybavení.
Poskytuje stupeň ochrany BSL-3.

It has been designed without barrier access as the tubes in the decontamination
module entry and transitional chamber have been removed and do not have
to be stepped over. The inside dimensions of the isolation chamber have been
increased in order to placing 2 beds and a chemical toilet if needed.
The inside dimensions of the decontamination module have been increased which
enables easier decontamination of staff and equipment. It offers BSL-3 standard
of protection.
Izolační stan ES-56LP
Izolační stan ES-56LP slouží k izolaci a léčbě skupiny osob s vysoce nebezpečnou
nákazou. Účelem je vytvoření bezpečného karanténního prostoru na principu
podtlaku chránící okolí před infikovanými pacienty umístěnými v izolačním stanu.
(Izolační stan lze modifikovat i na principu přetlaku.)
Isolation Tent ES-56LP
The isolation tent ES-56LP serves to isolate and treat more people with highly dangerous infections. Its purpose is to provide a safe quarantine space based
on the negative pressure principle, protecting the environment from infected patients by placing them into the isolation tent. (If required, a positive pressure
version is also aplicable.)
Patologický vak EPBV-10
Patologický vak je určen pro transport zemřelých, podezřelých na vysoce virulentní
nákazu. Svým konstrukčním řešením zabraňuje úniku biologických agens do okolí.
Pathological Bag EPBV-10
It is used for the transportation of dead person suspected of highly contagious
disease. It is biological germ proof.
