MONTAGEANLEITUNG
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Lieferumfang:
1 x Sportgrill aus ABS schwarz mit Streckgitter, verzinkt u.schwarz
pulverbeschichtet, mit Milotec Logo versehen.
1 x Lackierhinweis
1 x Montageanleitung
Hinweis :
Beim Lackieren unbedingt den Lackierhinweis beachten.
1. Demontage des Fahrtrichtungsanzeigers. Die Arretiersicherung in
Pfeilrichtung drücken und den Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger nach vorne
herausnehmen (s. Bild 1). Die Arretiersicherung ist vom Motorraum aus
zugänglich.
2. Demontage des Original-Grills ( s. Bild 2). Verbindungsschrauben rechts u.
links herausdrehen ( s. Pos1 in Bild 2).
3. Schrauben herausdrehen, Schraubenmuttern auf der hinteren Seite des
Frontgrills im Motorraum abschrauben (s. Pos 2 in Bild 3). Bei Fahrzeugen mit
Scheinwerferwaschanlage, Frontgrill nach vorne hochheben (s. Pfeil B in Bild 3)
umgekehrter
4. Montage des Milotec Sportgrills. Die Montage wird in
Reihenfolge durchgeführt.Verwenden Sie die Verbindungsschrauben des
Original-Grills für die Montage des Milotec-Sportgrills. Der Abschluß der Arbeiten
besteht in der Montage des Fahrtrichtungsanzeigers.

Note:
Please observe painting instructions for painting.
1. Detachment of direction indicator. Push the catch safety in direction of the arrow
and remove the direction indicator forwards (see fig. 1). You can access the catch
safety from the engine compartment.
2. Detachment of the original grille (see fig. 2). Screw out right and left
connection screws (see pos. 1 in fig. 2).
3. Remove screws and screw nuts at the back side of the front grille in the engine
compartment (see pos. 2 in fig. 3) At vehicles with headlamp washer system, lift
the front grille forwards (see arrow B in fig. 3)
4. Assembly of the Milotec sport grille. Perform the assembly in reverse order.
Use the connecting screws of the original grille for the assembly of the Milotec
sport grille. Complete the work by assembling the direction indicator.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
MONTÁŽNÍ NÁVOD
Obsah balení:
1x sportovní maska z černého ABS s mřížkou z pozinkovaného černě
komaxitovaného tahokovu a s logem Milotec.
1x návod pro lakování
1x montážní návod
Upozornění: Při lakování dbejte přiloženého návodu pro lakování.
1. Dle obr.1 demontujte obě směrová světla. Ve směru šipky stlačte aretační
pojistku a těleso směrového světla vyjměte směrem dopředu (přístup k aretační
pojistce je od motorového prostoru).
Fournitures:
1 x calandre de sport en ABS noir, avec grille en métal déployé, zinguée et revêtue
de poudre noire, avec emblème Milotec
1 x instructions de vernissage
1 x instructions de montage
Note :
Lors du vernissage, lire attentivement les instructions de vernissage.

2. Dle obr.2 demontujte spojovací šrouby masky (pozice 1.) na levé i pravé straně
vozu.
3. Dle obr.3 demontujte šrouby (pozice 1), z motorového prostoru pak vyšroubujte
matice na zadní straně masky chladiče (pozice 2). Přední masku (pozice 3) pak
vyjměte směrem dopředu, případně dopředu a nahoru v případě vozidel s
ostřikovači světlometů (šipka B).
4. Sportovní masku Milotec namontujete opačným postupem, jako jste
demontovali originální masku vozu. Spojovací materiál použijte z demontované
masky.

Démontage de l'indicateur de direction.
Presser le mécanisme d'arrêt dans la direction de la flèche et retirer
l'indicateur de direction vers l'avant (voir fig. 1). Le mécanisme d'arrêt est
accessible depuis le compartiment moteur.
Démontage de la calandre d'origine (voir fig. 2). Dévisser les vis de
fixation à gauche et à droite (voir pos. 1 de la fig. 2).
Dévisser les vis et dévisser les écrous se trouvant sur la face arrière de
la calandre dans le compartiment moteur (voir pos. 2 de la fig. 3).
Dans le cas de véhicules à système de lavage des phares, soulever la
calandre frontale vers l'avant (voir flèche B de la fig. 3).
Montage de la calandre de sport Milotec.
Le montage s'effectue dans l'ordre inverse. Utiliser les vis de fixation de
la calandre d'origine pour monter la calandre de sport Milotec. La
dernière opération consiste à monter l'indicateur de direction.
