INTRODUCTION
PROGRAM
Universally
This rally will be run in compliance with the FIA International Sporting Code and its
appendices, the 2010 FIA World Rally Championship Sporting Regulations, the National
Sporting Regulations which comply with the FIA regulations and the Supplementary
Regulations of the 38th Rallye Český Krumlov and Appendix Supplemenrary
regulations, containing programme and dessimilarities for Czech Historic Sporting
Rally Championship.Modifications, amendments and/or changes to these Supplementary
Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated Bulletins (issued by the organiser
or the Stewards).

Closing Date for Entries:
Time: 24:00
Entry form must be sent to address in art. 2.3 SR before closing date for entries. Post office
stamp or fax time stamp will be decision data. In case of electronic application must be original
entry form delivered to the organiser at least one week after closing date for entries.
Application will be accepted only in case of pay confirm copy in the entry form attachment.
Late pay of the entry fee is possible only after agreement with organisers. Late pay is every
time penalised by 25% increase of entry fee.
Foreign participants must have their ASN agreement.

Participate in rally can only vehicles which comply with appendix J and K of FIA regulations
and with technical regulations of national sporting relegations (see art. 11.3-11.6 SR)
Group and Classes – Czech Historic Sporting Rally Championship:
Všechna vozidla musí odpovídat čl. 4.2 kap. K ISR 2010.
All vehicles must comply with Article 4.2 of Chap.K 2010th
Category I – Touring cars (T) and Competition Touring (CT) and GT and GTS from
the period E,F and G1, homologated from 1/1/1931 till 31/12/1969, which are divided into the
classes:
B0 to 1000 cm3
B1 to 1150 cm3
B2 to 1300 cm3
B3 to 1600 cm3
B4 to 2000 cm3
B5 over 2000 cm3
Category II – Touring cars and Competition Touring and GT and GTS from the period G2 and
H1, homologated from 1/1/1970 till 31/12/1975, divided into the classes:
C0 to 1150 cm3
C1 to 1300 cm3
C2 to 1600 cm3
C3 to 2000 cm3
C4 to 2500 cm3
C5 over 2500 cm3
Category III – Road legal cars, Competition Touring and GT and GTS cars from the period
H2, I and J, homologated from 1/1/1976 till 31/12/1990, except the cars of the group B
prohibited by FIA for the rallies, divided into:

Entry fees will be refunded
Full fee will be refunded:
- to candidates whose entry has not been accepted
- in case of the rally not taking place
- to competitors who cancelled their entries before the final date for submitting entries
Part fee will be refunded:
- organisers will refund 80 % of the entry fee to them who excused till start of
reconnaissance
- organisers will refund 50 % of the entry fee to them who excused till start of administrative
check.

TYRES
The tyres that may be used for rally stages on tarmac) are limited to tyres marked «E»,
«DOT» or FIA. The diameters must be respected according to table 12.3.1.2 Appendix K to
the International Sporting Code (dimensional tolerance - max. minus 3%)
In the Czech Republic, the tread depth of the tyres fitted on car must not be less than 1.6 mm.
Reconnaissance must be used tire approved for public use (see Article 7.1).
Tire temperature measurement in an area 100 meters behind the STOP is not considered
foreign aid, when it is conducted by authorized representatives pneumatikárenských
companies who register with the organizer.
Any breach of the tyre regulations will be submitted to the stewards.

APPENDIX No. IV THE UNIFORM ONI® TRACKING SYSTEM
1. General provisions
All competition cars have to be obligatorily equipped with the ONI® tracking system. The ONI®
tracking
system is in possession of the A.C.C.R. and is given at disposal to the competitors free of charge. The
return of this unit is guaranteed by the driver´s licence which has to be passed over to the system
provider and will be handed back to the driver when returning the unit. Eventual destruction, nonreturn
or damage of the unit has to be paid for by the competitor to the provider in accordance with the
approved price list. If this is not the case, the driver´s licence will not be returned.
2. Distribution of the ONI® tracking systems
To install the ONI® tracking system it is necessary to fit a tracking unit bracket assembly firmly into
each monitored car before the rally scrutineering. The bracket assembly contains the following parts:
_ tracking unit bracket with cables and fitting accessory
_ 2 aerials (roof and inner ones)
_ control features:
_ SS/RS switch-over
_ button to cancel the alarm / call for help
_ LED indicator
The above mentioned parts will be given by the ONI® unit provider to all permanent rally participants
in
the Czech Republic to be installed in the cars at the beginning of the season already, or will be given
individually before each event.
Cars of foreign competitors and other cars with sporadic starts will receive the bracket assembly
immediately before the event as an one time version. The competitors will be informed thereof at
administrative checks.
The unit provider will hand over to each driver a „Dallas“ chip which will be used for the tracking unit
identification and test. The drivers as per Art. 2.2 will use the „Dallas“ chip even for other events, the
drivers as per Art. 2.3 will return the „Dallas“ chip to the provider together with the tracking system.
During the scrutineering the provider will check the bracket assembly, he will install the tracking unit
and he will test the tracking system.
At the end of the rally or after withdrawal from the rally, the tracking units (as per the par. 2.3 – the
whole tracking system) have to be returned to the system provider in accordance with the provision of
Art. 1.3.
3. Installation of the bracket assembly in the car
3.1 To fit the tracking unit bracket, the roof and the inner aerials, and the individual control
features, it is necessary for the competitor to meet exactly the Installation Manual of the manufacturer
(the NAM system, a.s.), and to keep the unit in good condition, and to protect it against damage and
contamination (especially the connectors) all over the time.
3.2 Foreign and one time rally participants (Art. 2.3) - They will receive a modified unit equipped
with magnetic roof aerial and with control features which are contained in one common box the base
of which includes holes for screws or for fitting straps (see the picture). The competitor has to choose
a suitable place to fit the control unit within the reach of both crew members and he has to prepare
everything for its installation.
4. The unit operation during rally
To operate the unit, the crews have to meet all instructions as mentioned in the User´s Manual issued
by the manufacturer (the NAM system, a.s.).
Operation during rally (after installation of unit):
• Switch to “Liaison” mode before start of the car
• Switch to “SS” mode on the start of SS
• Switch back to “Liaison” mode at the STOP position
Operation during events on SS:
All next functions are possible only in “SS” mode.
• Accident (detection of crash)
o Alarm is generated automatically immediately after crash and hooter sounds
o Alarm can be cancelled by short push of button (1 second) in case the help is not necessary
o In case the alarm won’t be cancelled than it’s taken as request for help
• Unplanned stop
o Hooter will sound after 30 seconds
o Alarm can be cancelled by short push of button (1 second) in case the help is not necessary

• Request for help
o In cases when immediately help is needed on SS
o Request for help can be made by long push of button (3 seconds)
o Hooter will sound as confirmation of send the message
5. Manuals
The ONI® system provider will give the Installation Manual and the User´s Manual to all competitors
together with the tracking unit bracket, resp. the competitors can get this information anytime on the
address of www.onisystem.cz/rally.
